Booking

Bookings are deemed to be placed with Sentinel Car Park, when either made electronically through this web site, or through our telephone booking line.

When booking through this site, we can only process a booking when payment is made using VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, Access or Switch. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if your card is declined for whatever reason. Unfortunately, other than the cards listed above, alternate forms of payment cannot be accepted for bookings made through this web site.

Sentinel Car Park reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings. All services are subject to availability. Customers’ cars will be parked in a secure compound off the main airport site.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling, which include, VAT and transport to and from Leeds Bradford International Airport. Prices quoted are subject to change. If bookings are made using overseas credit cards, prices will be converted into your local currency by the card issuing authority at the rate applicable on the date of processing.
Any discount structures apply to parking charges only, and do not cover additional services, e.g. Valet.

Cancellation

For all car park bookings, Sentinel Car Park must be informed of a cancellation in writing or by phoning Customer Services on 0113 239 1555. Cancellations received with a minimum of 72 hours of arrival at Sentinel Car Park will receive a refund less a £5 cancellation charge.

Sentinel Car Park reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings. All services are subject to availability.

Booking Alterations

If alterations to customers’ bookings are required, please contact our Customer Service team on 0113 239 1555 where we will be pleased to help.

Registration

Regular, registered travellers who make 2 or more bookings, will be able to enjoy a 10% discount off bookings (instead of the standard 5%). Whenever you book, make sure you login, and our system will apply the discount automatically.

N.B. Only bookings that are placed after you've registered will be included. Also, view our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Car claims cannot be considered unless reported prior to departure from the car park. No liability is accepted for loss or damage, unless proved to be through the negligence of Sentinel Car Park.

Privacy

Any payment information given to Sentinel Car Park will only be used by Sentinel Car Park, and will not be distributed to any other organisation under any circumstance (see privacy policy).
